All collaborations and UGC packages include:

• Initial Consultation: To understand your brand, objectives, and target audience.

• High-Quality Content Creation: shooting, editing, and copywriting.

• One Round of Revisions: To ensure your complete satisfaction. Additional revisions to be negotiated

• Usage Rights (UGC): Perpetual, non-exclusive usage rights for the agreed-upon platforms

• Usage Rights (Collaborations): My social media collaborations typically include usage rights for 365 days for your internal use at 20% of the final fee per month (or affiliate rates to be negotiated). Extended usage rights for paid advertising campaigns or longer periods can be negotiated.

Payment Terms:

• A 50% deposit is required upfront to secure your booking and begin content creation.

• The remaining 50% balance is due upon final content approval, prior to content delivery or posting.

• Invoices are typically issued and payable within 7 days.

Turnaround Time:

• Standard turnaround for most projects is 7-14 business days from the receipt of product/brief and deposit. Expedited options may be available for an additional fee.

Product Requirements:

• Products required for content creation must be provided free of charge and shipped to me at your expense.
